Really good and thorough service. Very obliging and friendly. Price given before any work started.  Problem explained clearly. Would definitely recommend. Can't fault their service. When they came back to fix the issues found, they got stuck in and worked constantly, and not forever on break. Showed me progress and confirming I was happy at each stage. I can't say enough good things about this company. Very helpful, friendly, communicative and understanding of disabilities. Made sure we understood all aspects of what the job involved and what they would be doing. Went above and beyond to prevent any cosmetic damage. Amazing same day service! I gave them a call to see if they had any appointments free and they arrived later that day. All drains cleared and cleaned and I got an explanation for the problem for the first time, despite having to call out various drainage companies over the past 10 years and them only flushing the pipes and leaving. Had a blocked sewage drain. I called Craig whilst he was in the middle of another job. However he made time to pop round later in the afternoon and he’d fixed the issue within an hour. I initially rang him at 2pm and he’d dealt with the problem by 5pm. Very impressive!

SO impressed by SB Drainage Solutions. Craig came out the same day,  checked out my drains and those of my neighbour and told me Severn Trent were responsible for unblocking the drain. Then he rang Severn Trent and arranged  for them to come and resolve the problem. Got his name in my contacts list now. Will definitely use them again if I need to

Fantastic service.  In the initial call, time was taken to advise and make sure he had all the details before coming over so I didn't pay extra for wasted time - images via whatsapp helped to build up a picture of where the pipes were.  Fitted me in the next morning, I had to shoot off to work after 2 minutes, but very happy after meeting them, to leave Craig and his colleague in the house with my older sons. An hour later, received a phone call describing the issues and how the pipes had been cleared, with suggestions of how to keep them clear in the future.
